Note: Each set of PK3 files is in a subfolder on this download (etmain, etpub, jaymod) and that is the location that you need to save these files to on your local drive.
For example, to download my sound file, from the etmain/BigDogDsound.pk3 save it to your local C:\Program Files\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\etmain folder (assuming Windows OS).
